SPASIGMA's Personality Quotient (PQ) program is a focused approach to communication that teaches professionals how to improve communication by leveraging personality-type theory. PQ participants are trained to recognize simple clues that allow them to quickly identify the most likely personality type or temperament of whomever they're interacting with. This knowledge can then be used to tailor communication in a way that corresponds to how that person naturally processes information and makes decisions. The PQ program is based on the Jung-Myers model, most commonly associated with the MBTI® instrument, the most widely used and well respected model for understanding human behavior. THE PQ PROGRAM

The SPASIGMA PQ Program starts with a quick and enlightening 12-minute self-identifying quiz (based on the same highly-effective questionnaire that has been taken over 40 million times worldwide and translated into over 20 languages). The first two PQ programs, PQ Level 1 and PQ Level 2, contain 30-minutes of training supported by daily 3-minute exercises that build PQ proficiency through engaging and entertaining video content.

PQ LEVEL I

The PQ 1.0 course familiarizes participants with the four distinct "Temperament” groups that everyone falls into. Each temperament group possesses its own set of values and desires, and its own unique communication style. Participants of the PQ 1.0 will learn to "speedread' which temperament group the people they are speaking to fall into, based on a series of observable clues.

Once a temperament group is identified, participants will be taught to tailor their interactions to appeal to whomever they're speaking with. Understanding how to read and reach each temperament group turns participants to become more effective negotiators and managers – and it also provides take-home communication skills that help to reduce interpersonal conflict in any area.

PQ LEVEL II

The PQ 2.0 course familiarizes participants with the 16 psychological "Types” – all of whom process information, reach decisions and communicate in slightly different ways. Participants will learn how to break the PQ 1.0 "Temperament” groups down even further, and explore the differences that exist between members of the same group.

With this in-depth understanding of type, participants will become capable of tailoring their communication styles to each individual person they meet. They will understand how to build stronger teams, how to reach and manage each member of the teams they currently have and how to negotiate efficiently and effectively with absolutely anyone.

PQ LEVEL III

The PQ 3.0 course familiarizes participants with the "Cognitive Functions" that are used by each personality type. Through understanding functions, participants will learn how to speedread with an uncanny accuracy, as well as how to reach different personality types across a wide range of situations (I.e. how to effectively communicate with each type in a work setting vs. In a personal setting).

The PQ 3.0 program will allow participants to truly master the art of personality profiling. By understanding which psychological processes are driving each type, participants will learn to pick up on even the subtlest of clues that give away each personality type and tailor their communication skills to an unparalleled degree – turning them into outstandingly effective managers, salespeople and negotiators.
