THE PQ PROGRAM

The SPASIGMA PQ Program starts with a quick and enlightening 8-minute self-identifying quiz (the same highly-effective questionnaire that has been taken over 40 million times worldwide and translated into over 20 languages). Two PQ programs, PQ Level 1 and PQ Level II, are 30-minutes of training supported by daily 3-minute exercises crafted to build PQ proficiency by watching engaging and entertaining video content.

PQ LEVEL I

There are four key PQ “Temperaments.” Every person exhibits tendencies of one of the four temperaments. A communication or selling approach may work beautifully for one temperament and stumble for another. The 30-minute PQ Course Level I teaches you how to swiftly spot the PQ temperament of a person and advises how to tailor interactions accordingly for superior communication, management or negotiation.

PQ LEVEL II

There are 16 PQ “Types.” The 30-minute PQ Course Level II provides powerful access to each of the 16 personality types. A deep understanding PQ at the type level leads to deeper, transformative breakthroughs for individuals, teams and organizations.
