SPASIGMA’s Personality Quotient (PQ) program is a focused approach to communication that teaches professionals how to improve communication by leveraging personality-type theory. PQ graduates can quickly identify another person’s likely personality type or temperament based on simple observable clues, and then communicate in a manner tailored to that individual: how they naturally receive or process information and how they make decisions. It’s the closest thing a busy professional can get to X-ray vision or extra-sensory perception (ESP). Having it makes a difference in business and a difference in life...

In-person and virtual training, mobile apps, and daily video content cultivates mastery of PQ: the art and science of personality type and temperament. Market-leading companies worldwide rely upon the same model to improve sales and negotiation effectiveness, team building, managerial training, and career development. The PQ program is based on the Jung-Myers model, most commonly associated with the MBTI® instrument, the most widely used and well respected model for understanding human behavior.

The popular Jung-Myers model has great potential, but has often been effectively reduced to dated manuscripts, pop-culture quizzes, enthusiast boards and a plethora of armchair experts. SPASIGMA has curated the disparate science and available knowledge and consolidated the business-relevant information into a single, easy-to-use, powerful set of tools and training. In SPASIGMA fashion, we use leading-edge teaching techniques, modern mobile apps and entertaining daily skill-building exercises to deliver the program.

SPASIGMA’s PQ success is due to our extensive collection of subject-matter experts, technological know-how, entertainment-industry content creators and our unparalleled analytical DNA. We use practical tools and a comprehensive training infrastructure to leverage the familiar and powerful Jung-Myers Model to make it easily accessible and functional – for sales people, customer service, managers, virtually the entire organization. Those with PQ proficiency experience dramatic, noticeable improvements in their personal and professional interpersonal communication; they close more deals; and negotiate more favorable terms for themselves and their employers. They also understand better the people around them and report new insight into personal rewards as well.

A key component of PQ is our quick 12min and accurate (>95%) validated online personality type assessment. As part of the process, participants instantly receive feedback pertaining to what they are trying to accomplish, such as be a more effective negotiator, salesperson or manager.

The SPASIGMA PQ Program starts with a quick and enlightening 8-minute self-identifying quiz (the same highly-effective questionnaire that has been taken over 40 million times worldwide and translated into over 20 languages). Two PQ programs, PQ Level 1 and PQ Level II, are 30-minutes of training supported by daily 3-minute exercises crafted to build PQ proficiency by watching engaging and entertaining video content.

There are four key PQ “Temperaments.” Every person exhibits tendencies of one of the four temperaments. A communication or selling approach may work beautifully for one temperament and stumble for another. The 30-minute PQ Course Level I teaches you how to swiftly spot the PQ temperament of a person and advises how to tailor interactions accordingly for superior communication, management or negotiation.

There are 16 PQ “Types.” The 30-minute PQ Course Level II provides powerful access to each of the 16 personality types. A deep understanding PQ at the type level leads to deeper, transformative breakthroughs for individuals, teams and organizations.
